Position Title: Elder Broker

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to create connections between older adults from ethno-cultural communities and The Way In – Calgary Older Adult Services, so that older adults in our community can receive the supports and benefits they need to age well and in the right place. One Elder Broker will be recruited from each of five participating ethno-cultural communities, namely: Polish, Persian, Middle Eastern, and Latin American or Hispanic. This is a contract position of 7 hours per week for 18 months. This position reports to the Elder Broker Coordinator.
